  • Once processing or stitching has begun, cancellations are not permitted.

  • Refunds are issued only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Custom-stitched, personalized, or altered outfits.
  • Sale or clearance items.

4. Exchanges:

  • Size or design exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery (customer bears return shipping charges).
